Story :

Movie starts when a pirate is reading a narration of story of the Bikini Bottom, when the
SpongeBob and his normal activity in Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob and Plankton fight for Krabby Patty's Recipe. Until one little thing happened : The recipe is suddenly vanished in their eyes. Mister Krab found both of them while the recipe is lost. It brings some, no, big problem in Bikini Bottom. It led to riot age, because people can't eat krabby patty. All people looking for SpongeBob and Plankton as a villain. SpongeBob and Plankton discuss at the border of town, they must find it to save Bikini Bottom. They go to Sandy's House, and they find a big paper that led to the decision of their time machine. Thanks to Plankton and his equipment (and his computer's wife), and of course help from SpongeBob, the time machine has been made. They decide to go to the time before it is going disappear. But, SpongeBob make mistake by taking a fake formula that Past-time Plankton made for tricking Past-time SpongeBob. After the mistake and time machine has been lost (thanks to Patrick), it is going to more complicated, and Plankton runs away. SpongeBob has been captured. But, he insist that the formula recipe must be somewhere else, and he himself smells krabby patty from somewhere. Mister Krab release him and everyone else following SpongeBob. He led to out of water. They discuss about them that can't go out from water, until the Bubbles, a support character which shaped as a dolphin that met Sponge and Plankton when they travelling the time, help the main character (SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mister Krab, Sandy, Plankton) to available to breath out of water.
The main antagonist in the movie, Burger Beard (roled by Antonio Banderas), a pirate who in the beginning, steal the recipe by erasing a part story of Bikini Bottom's Magic Book, founded by protagonist after they transformed into like-superhero power by the power of paper from the Magic Book. SpongeBob write for the power that they can have for fight against Burger Beard. Battle of protagonist against Burger Beard came into action scene that happened for a long time, and all of them overwhelmed against Burger Beard, until Plankton comes help and success to got the formula recipe.



Opinion :

It is always fun to see SpongeBob's story because of their personality, the joke of their foolishness, Patrick. It keeps make smiles for a couple times following the story. One of the uniqueness from this movie is the Nickelodeon and team make it 3D animatic movie for the following story in the movie. The 3D character for each character is represented really well as a SpongeBob and friends, without forget the style of the cartoon itself. I think it is quite great execution from this movie, i really love the render result. After this movie, i think we will see the tv series that using the 3D style character of SpongeBob, maybe. Then, from this movie we could know how the sponge bob TV series starts from. I think it is good idea from the script writer. For a 90 minutes of movie, it is fun to watched this one with your friends or family, it stills entertain though.
