I am really anticipating into this figure. Finally this one is come to me without any delay. The scenario of this is one of the best that i really remember in One Piece series. I couldn't say no for buy this memento.
This is the scene when Shanks went to the sea and say goodbye to Luffy (Episode 4). Straw hat that identically with Pirate King and Shanks, now given to Luffy as a promise with Shanks. Luffy want to be a great pirate, even, a pirate king, and when he is strong enough, Shanks give a word to Luffy that give this hat for me when you good enough.

Dramatic Showcase is a product (new) from Banpresto. They have an unique charateristic that make a 3D figure of great scene from One Piece story. This is the 4th season from its line.
The size is about 12 cm (Shanks) and 9 cm (Luffy) tall. It is quite good with a Banpresto standard.
Paint job of this one is good enough. I can't see the miss with my bare eyes. But, when i got into photography, i could see small miss detail.
If you like the old visual of shanks and luffy, i can say that this one is perfect. They sculpt and paint the face of old shanks really great. I am considering about the skin color of his leg. I don't know why, but it is still annoying when you see the upper body had a perfect skin color and the lower skin is incorrect. Other of that, the detail of his leg fur, the sandals, robe, sash, even his left part of shirt is really good.
Let's jump into Luffy now.
I AM SUPER LIKE OF THIS. The face expression, gradient of his shirt, the straw hat, anything about this one is really great. If you feel curious about why the shirt is orange none like the "Anchor" shirt because this is came from the original manga and the first drawing of Eiichiro Oda. They translated this scene with a new episode named "Memories of Luffy". In this episode you could see this Luffy.

Jump into conclusion, i give the score for the BOX 8/10 . Like previous edition, it is simple, but full with good composition. I don't have many complaints about this because they are talking about dramatic element from the figure. I could see why they chose this design.
About the PACKAGING 10/10. It is not too shabby but not too loose when it still inside the box. They calculating the size really well. SCULPTING 9/10. Why i must asking for more? This is made really great. I am imagining about this piece while still made by gray clay. It is really good. POSE 10/10, i can say this is not bad, right? The beginning of a "Straw-hat Luffy" is from here. PAINTING 8/10, it is about the shanks's leg and the little miss paint in the face area. Beside of that, no more complaint. Even Luffy painted really well. So, i think this is a bad luck for me. ENJOYMENT 9/10, because in my mind i imagined that the scale is bigger than this (SCultures sizes). But this one is good enough to placed everywhere, neither in detolf, bookshelf, even glass cabinet.
Final Thought :
Wow, this is maybe another one that strike into the concept. I am really like into this. This is as an alternative for you that couldn't buy the Ichiban Kuji version, which is rare to found and quite prize too. Combining with the price and what we got, this one is great. Don't miss it.
