Goku is chill out in statue pose !

I have already said that i want to review this one in many weeks ago. Now is the time i think. Sorry for the long delay.

This is just one of another Goku figurine that has many variant and size from all over brands until today. I choose this because SCultures is one of my favorite product in this statue / figure. Why? This product is as a result from the competition against many talented sculptor, that the event annualy and this is makes me interest with this product. And also, this is the first edition of SCultures, and also this Son Goku is the first time i hold my own Dragon Ball statue.
It is fascinating.








 

Now, next into the product. I think the box has been designed really well as a first edition of Dragon Ball's SCultures. It has a nice layout and simple composition, with the major orange color as a background. Here is the box, i make some review with stop-motion technique as a GIF.

The figure itself is the main thing, and it is awesome. The size of figure is fit with my taste, and it is easy to place wherever you want, without hesitating the height itself. This is contains with figure and base as a two pieces only, so you can easily do the assembly. The hawaiian shirt with some alphabetical pattern is great and it is eye catching for the first time you seeing this. It has the vivid color with nice gradient. The jeans itself sculpted really well, we can see the wave of the jeans and it feels detailed. Then, the skin itself painted really well, the muscle, curve, and gradient is nice. And you can see the flip flop (in Indonesia called "Sandal Jepit"), it is really detailed. Last, it feels relieved when you see that base. It is really special. Just see the 360 degree of this Goku.

SCultures itself often do the dynamic pose for their product, but this one is also unique, because i think there is only a few statue that has a nice and casual style like this one. Here is some of Goku photograph that i took. Enjoy.

For they that admire Dragon Ball, especially the Goku, it is one of collection that you must have. It is quite vintage too because i think it is quite hard to hunt this one nowadays.
